Good Harvest Marketing.

Terms of
Service.

Last updated February 12, 2025

These terms govern your use of the Good Harvest Marketing website and any information, examples, or proposals presented on it. By using the site, you agree to them — so it's worth a quick read before you dig in.

One thing up front: any actual working relationship between you and Good Harvest Marketing is governed by a separate signed service agreement, not this page.

1. Use of the Site and Services

You're welcome to browse the site and reach out to Good Harvest Marketing about marketing services built for interior designers. That's what it's here for.

In return, you agree not to misuse the site — no scraping content, no automated harvesting, and no attempts to disrupt, overload, or interfere with how it runs. Everything published here is for general information only and shouldn't be treated as a binding offer or professional advice.

2. No Guarantees of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on a lot of things that sit outside any agency's control — your market, your product, your budget, your timing, and how the wider economy is behaving in a given season.

Because of that, nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific result: no guaranteed ranking, no set lead volume, and no particular revenue figure. Where we share examples of past work, they describe what happened for a specific client under specific conditions.

Past performance is not a promise of future results.

3. Proposals and Engagement Terms

Any services, packages, and pricing described on the site are illustrative proposals only. They're meant to give you a sense of how we work, not to lock in a deal.

Actual engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls the scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables of your project — and in the event of any conflict between it and this site, the signed agreement always wins.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — the copy, brand marks, case study material, imagery, and the name "Good Harvest Marketing" itself — belongs to the agency or its licensors.

Please don't reuse, republish, or repurpose any of it without our written permission. If you'd like to reference our work somewhere, just ask; we're usually happy to say yes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Harvest Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes are handled in the Arizona courts.
